These decals are manufactured with high quality vinyl material and are pre-cut into an oval. The perforated decal measures 7 1/2" tall and 14" wide. It appears to be transparent from inside the vehicle and doesn't block out your view. The larger decal is 9" tall X 17" wide and is recommended for non transparent surfaces such as the side of vehicles or boat hulls.
